These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Aya Baraka FZC LLC, a Free Zone Company licensed by Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (License No. 2626615775888), with its office at 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE.
1. Services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement applies.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in AED and invoiced as agreed. VAT is added where applicable. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the relevant platforms and is not included in our fees.
3. Term and cancellation
Monthly services continue until cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise agreed. Project work is billed according to the agreed milestones.
4. Results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, leads or sales.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, final deliverables created for you belong to you. Ad accounts, data and content created for you remain yours. We may retain the right to use general know-how and tools.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep each other’s confidential information private and use it only for the engagement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
